7-day easy returns

If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) required.

How to start a return

Email team@knowchoice.in with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through pickup or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
